Shipping

Pick up at our premises or shipment within Montevideo

You can pick up your order at our Montevideo store (Mones Roses 5912 – Carrasco) or deliver it to your home in the same department free of charge. Delivery times are 3 working days prior to stock verification of the selected item.

Shipping to the interior

We can send the order to the address of your choice. The reception of orders is from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. If you confirm the purchase outside these hours or on a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day after receiving the payment.

Withdrawal to central agency branch or terminal

We can send the order to the Central Agency branch that is most convenient for you or to the nearest terminal.

You can track your order online once we dispatch it through Agencia Central’s website, https://www.dac.com.uy/DAC/. The tracking number is the one sent by email.

International shipments

We ship internationally via DHL, http://www.dhl.com.uy. IMPORTANT: International purchases may generate customs taxes, for more information the customer should contact DHL in your country. In case there are additional customs charges, they must be assumed by the customer.
