Exchanges

Within 15 days after receiving the product. This change can be made both in the online store and in our main store in Montevideo (Mones Roses 5912 – Carrasco). In case of making an exchange in person, we recommend calling 26059091 or sending a message to 099 401 099, since we are based on manufacturing exclusive products, we have little stock for this purpose. See requirements (*1)

Returns

The return of an order can only be made within 3 days of receiving the product and only in cases of manufacturing faults, subject to evaluation and approval of the company MARIELA DAUBER. See requirements (*1)

Items purchased in promotions (online fairs, 3×2, 2×1, 50% Off, etc.) have no exchange.

(*1) In case of requesting an exchange or refund, if applicable, the user must send an email within the given period to [email protected] requesting such exchange or refund and indicating your invoice number. The user must make available to our company MARIELA DAUBER the product(s) purchased. The products must be in the same condition in which they were received, with their original packaging, labels and the purchase invoice. In this case, the user may obtain a refund of the amount of the product purchased, through the same means of original payment. In this case, shipping costs will not be refunded and will be paid by the customer.

Care

Mariela Dauber’s handbags and accessories are handmade in Uruguay, with high quality natural leathers, which may present variations in their tonality that make the authenticity of the material used.

How to take care of my handbags?

Waxed or glossy leather:

Purses or accessories cannot be wet or machine washed.
To clean and moisturize the leather, it is advisable to first wipe it with a dry cloth to remove excess dust and then use a colorless pomade or aerosol applied previously on a clean dry cloth. It should be clarified that this procedure is not valid for chamois leather.

Chamois leather

We recommend a specific protector for waterproofing chamois, prior to use.

Clean with semi-soft bristle brushes or extra fine sandpaper. They are usually included in the same specific chamois products.

Avoid contact with water.
Do not machine wash or wet.
Avoid rubbing with garments that tend to lose color.
Avoid contact with surfaces with dust, grease, humidity, etc.
Take into account that they can transfer color to other garments such as light fabrics.

Pile leather

This leather is sensitive to friction.
Rubbing causes wear and tear.
